What's included in every session?

Every session follows one cycle: Learn → Homework → Review → Repeat → Check. Your child learns new concepts in class. Homework confirms what they retained — wrong answers unlock a video solution. The Smart Review system then resurfaces weak areas automatically on a spaced schedule, so nothing fades over time. For harder errors, the system builds step-by-step training that starts below where your child got stuck and works back up. All of this runs through the system after class. PEN Clinic is for students who need a stronger, more structured push — driven harder on the exact gaps the engine has flagged.

What year levels do you cover?

Year 1 through Year 8. Our Weekly Program covers the full NSW syllabus across six subjects — English, Maths, Logical Reasoning, Thinking Skills, Writing, and Vocabulary — with chapter-by-chapter progression. We use a level-based system, so students can join from the earliest reading and counting stage. OC Prep targets Year 3–4, Selective Prep targets Year 5–6, and our Transfer to Selective track covers Year 7–9 re-entry. We also run a Top 0.1% Elite Zone for scholarship-level students.

How does the PEN system work?

It starts with homework. Every submission is auto-graded — wrong answers instantly unlock a video solution for that specific question. Errors are mapped across 6 cognitive levels where applicable. Our Step-by-Step engine then rebuilds the concept from Easy to Hard, layer by layer. A Study Partner guides your child through each step with thinking nudges and hints. If they're still stuck, they can flag any problem and message their teacher directly. Our Smart Review system automatically resurfaces weak areas on a spaced schedule — so nothing fades over time. A Writing Coach gives real-time feedback as your child writes. Everything is tracked. Parents can see homework completion, review status, and mastery level in real-time.

What's the class schedule?

We're open from 3:30pm on weekdays. Classes run 4:30–7:30pm. Weekend sessions run 10:00am–1:00pm or 1:30–4:30pm. Each session is 3 hours covering the full subject rotation. We offer rolling weekly intake — you can start any week. Check the timetable on our Weekly Program page for live availability by year level.
